Game Preview: Game 78: Brooklyn Nets @ Boston Celtics

11 Apr

The Nets are in Boston tonight, to take on the division rival Celtics. Boston has been very good since losing Point Guard Rajon Rondo to a torn ACL. Boston, currently the 7th seed in the playoffs, would play New York in the first round. After a great win last night against Philly, the Nets hope for another good win here tonight.

Who? Brooklyn Nets (45-32) vs. Boston Celtics (40-37)

When? 8:00 PM Eastern

Where? TD Garden – Boston, Massachusetts

Where do I watch? YES Network/ESPN

Brooklyn is going for their first series win since the 2005-2006 season against Boston. The Nets defeated the Celtics twice this year and lost to Boston on Christmas day, which then led to Avery Johnson’s firing.

Joe Johnson and Gerald Wallace are playing tonight, however, Keith Bogans is yet again out with a back injury. Let’s hope the Nets are completely healthy for the playoffs.

Prediction:
Brooklyn pulls out this one in a very close and hard battle with Boston, 104-101
